Fruit preserve rose hip - The rose hip is a collective fruit that contains many small nuts. The flesh of the fruit harvested in late autumn comes from the fleshy flower soil, is sweet-sour and rich in vitamins. The fruits are known for their high content of vitamin C, but they also contain vitamins A, B1, B2 and minerals.
