/1 Limited Edition Nr.03 Apricot - "Vinschger" - Val Venosta

Fruit specialty made from fully ripe, hand-picked apricots of variety „Val Venosta“ from Val Venosta, a little sugar and a dash of lemon juice.

Ingredients - Apricots „Val Venosta“ (75%), sugar, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin (from apple)

 

/2 Limited Edition Nr.04 Bilberry & Mountain Pine

 Fruit specialty made from fully ripe, hand-picked bilberries, a little sugar a dash of lemon juice and mountain pine oil.

Ingredients -Bilberries (75%), sugar, lemon juice, mountain pine oil, gelling agent: pectin (from apple).

 

/3 Limited Edition Nr.05 Apple "Weirouge" & Rose Petals

Fruit preserve limited edition apple Weirouge with rose petals. The variety Weirouge is cultivated on Ritten in South Tyrol. It is simply recommended for spooning and as a desert. Its taste is sour, fresh and clean.

Ingredients - Apples "Weirouge" (75%), sugar, lemon juice, rose petals (0,25%), gelling agent: pectin (from apple)

Store unopened in a cool and dry place. 

After opening store in the refrigerator at 4 °C and enjoy within 2 weeks.

Preservability: 24 months from production.
