Yogurt ice cream with fruit preserve, pistachios and granola

Stecchi gelato di yogurt, variegati con “sogno estivo”, pistacchi e granola

INGREDIENTS FOR 10 ICECREAMS:

  • 600g natural yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 335g fruit preserve "summer dream"
  • 60g chopped pistachios
  • 70 g chocolate granola


PREPARATION:

Sweeten the yogurt with honey and mix well. Fill the ice cream molds alternately with the yoghurt and the fruit preserve and add the chopped pistachios. Complete with the chocolate granola and finish with the wooden skewers. Then freeze for at least 8 hours.
