Water is one of the most precious resources on our planet - a treasure that deserves our appreciation not only on World Water Day on 22 March, but every single day of the year. For us at Alpe Pragas, water holds a special significance.
Our water in the Braies Valley comes from the pristine springs of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies nature park. This crystal-clear, exceptionally pure water is rich in minerals and has a pH value of 7.8.
Water guides us along every step of the way to the finished product: from watering the fields, which creates the basis for a rich harvest, to gently washing the ripened fruit and the actual processing stage.
For this reason, we want to value this irreplaceable resource - after all, the quality of the water contributes significantly to the refined flavour of our fruit delicacies.
